Corporate Training Division is specifically focussed
on the development and delivery of corporate training
programs utilising the core competencies of counselling
and communication within the workplace.
Communication and counselling skills are the
most universally applied skills within any workforce.
When utilised at an advanced level, these skills
can make a significant impact upon the working
environment and social organisation. We call this
social productivity.
The Counselling for the Workplace Program will
assist a business to improve productivity by enhancing
employee trust and motivation, identifying critical
problem areas and create a more cooperative and
democratic social organisation. |
